ChronoScale Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: CHRN) announced two new AI infrastructure customer agreements and the completed sale of its Ekso Bionics business unit, according to a press release issued Oct. 1, 2026.
The company signed a contract extension with an existing AI infrastructure customer and a separate agreement with a new customer. Combined with existing contracts and its current deployment schedule, ChronoScale said the agreements are expected to support an annualized revenue run rate of $1 billion by calendar Q3 2027.
The company noted that achieving this target remains subject to risks including timely deployment of infrastructure capacity, availability of power and equipment, and access to capital on acceptable terms.
Chief Executive Officer Cenly Chen said in the statement: "With these agreements, together with our existing contracts and current deployment schedule, we now have agreements in place that provide for $1 billion in annualized revenue run rate during calendar 2027. Our focus is on disciplined execution and delivering the infrastructure our customers need at scale."
ChronoScale also announced the completion of the previously disclosed sale of its Ekso Bionics business unit. The company said the divestiture is intended to allow it to concentrate resources on its accelerated compute and AI infrastructure operations. The Ekso Bionics unit had been part of ChronoScale following the combination of Applied Digital's cloud business and EKSO Bionics Holdings, Inc.
ChronoScale's platform is focused on GPU-based infrastructure for AI training, inference, and high-performance computing. The annualized revenue run rate figure is a non-GAAP operating metric calculated by multiplying quarterly contract revenue by four and does not represent a forecast for any specific reporting period.
