Abhijit Dubey joins Roper Technologies board of directors

Roper Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROP) announced that Abhijit Dubey has been appointed to its board of directors, according to a company press release.

Dubey currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief AI Officer of NTT DATA, Inc., a business and technology services company, and as a director of NTT DATA Group Corporation, NTT DATA's publicly listed parent company. Before that role, he served as Chairman and Global Chief Executive Officer of NTT Ltd.

Prior to joining NTT, Dubey spent more than 20 years at McKinsey & Company, where he reached the level of Senior Partner. During his tenure there, he led the firm's global Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Practice and founded McKinsey's cloud computing practice.

Neil Hunn, Roper Technologies' President and CEO, commented on the appointment: "His perspective on enterprise software, AI adoption, and scaling technology businesses globally will be a valuable addition as we continue to grow our portfolio of vertical market software and technology enabled product businesses."

Amy Woods Brinkley, Roper Technologies' Board Chair, said Dubey "brings a rare combination of large-scale operating experience with technology and AI leadership to our Board."
