Skylight, a Los Angeles-based family technology company, has expanded its credit facility to $75 million, adding $25 million from SG Credit Partners and Wingspire Capital, according to a press release.

The company says it now serves more than 12 million customers, including 1.7 million households using its Skylight Calendar product. Skylight was founded in 2014 and describes itself as bootstrapped, having grown without outside equity investment.

The additional capital is intended to fund product development and expand distribution. Skylight said it plans to continue building out Skylight Buddy, a children's routine coaching device that sold out within a week of its launch, and Skylight Assistant, an AI-based household management tool accessible via text message.

Skylight's existing product lineup includes the Skylight Frame, a digital photo display, and the Skylight Calendar, a touch-screen scheduling device for households.

"This commitment lets us double down on what's working and create dedicated products for every stage of family life," said Chia Chung, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Skylight.

Wingspire Capital is a portfolio company of Blue Owl Capital Corporation (NYSE: OBDC), which is affiliated with Blue Owl Capital, Inc. (NYSE: OWL), a global alternative asset manager reporting $319 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026.
