Conduent Incorporated (Nasdaq: CNDT) presented its three-year strategic framework at an Investor Day event in New York City, outlining plans to simplify operations and pursue growth across its Government and Commercial business segments.
President and CEO Harsha V. Agadi introduced the ASCEND 2026-28 framework, built around three priorities: standardizing operations and infrastructure, specializing in core solutions, and scaling go-to-market capabilities around priority industries.
"We have taken decisive steps to strengthen and simplify Conduent, and we now have a clear strategy for the next phase of growth. We are focused on executing with discipline, leveraging AI and our differentiated capabilities to deepen client relationships, expand in our core markets and deliver greater value for our clients and shareholders," Agadi said.
The company said its strategy centers on healthcare and financial operations within its Government and Commercial businesses. Conduent operates across 22 countries with more than 100 delivery locations.
Key elements of the framework include embedding AI, automation and analytics across its solutions, increasing standardization of technology infrastructure, expanding within its existing client base and pursuing new clients. The company also cited plans for greater use of shared services and stronger performance management.
Conduent said it has filed a Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission containing additional details on its strategy and three-year financial outlook. The information is based on a press release statement issued by the company.
