RBC Capital analyst Arun Viswanathan lowered the price target on Graphic Packaging Holding Company (NYSE: GPK) to $10.00 (from $11.00) while maintaining a Sector Perform rating.
The analyst commented: "Heading into Q3, we are cautious on GPK for the following: 1) We think Q3 volumes should be slightly down in the 0 to -1% range due to soft Food, Beauty, and Household Essentials Circana unit volumes; 2) Higher oil prices have led to a $5-$10M Q3/$10-$20M FY26 headwind; and 3) Structural pricing headwinds from competitor SBS oversupply still persist. We lower our Q3/FY26/FY27 EBITDA to $280M/$1.035B/$1.185B from $290M/$1.05B/$1.2B. We lower our PT to $10 from $11 on an unchanged 7x FY27E EBITDA and maintain our SP rating."
