Beamr secures three-year streaming deal, projects 50% revenue growth

September 30, 2026 7:03 AM EDT

Beamr Imaging Ltd. (Nasdaq: BMR) announced a three-year renewal of its license agreement with an unnamed global streaming platform, extending the deal through October 2029, according to a company press release.

The Israel-based video optimization company said it expects fiscal year 2026 revenues to reach approximately $4.5 million, an increase of roughly $1.5 million, or approximately 50%, compared with fiscal year 2025. The company attributed the projection to existing customer agreements, renewals, and broader business activities.

The renewed agreement marks a shift from Beamr's customary annual renewals to a multi-year structure. The company did not disclose the financial terms of the agreement or identify the streaming platform involved.

"We believe this multi-year renewal, together with other customer renewals, reflects the continued value and sustainability of Beamr's technology, expertise and services," said Sharon Carmel, CEO of Beamr.

Beamr said the renewal supports its existing media and entertainment business and noted potential opportunities to expand engagements with current and new customers through additional products and services. The company also cited ongoing pursuits in AI and autonomous vehicle markets.

The revenue figures constitute forward-looking statements, and the company cautioned that actual results may differ materially from its current expectations.
