AbbVie (NYSE: ABBV) is presenting 60 abstracts and presentations at the 2026 European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV) Congress in Vienna, Austria, running September 30 through October 3.

The presentations include data on approved therapies risankizumab (Skyrizi) and upadacitinib (Rinvoq), as well as investigational compounds lutikizumab and zumilokibart, covering six disease areas: alopecia areata, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, non-segmental vitiligo, psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis.

Three late-breaking presentations are included. One covers Phase 2 APEX Part B results for zumilokibart, an investigational anti-IL-13 antibody, in moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. A second presents data on lutikizumab's mechanism targeting neutrophilic inflammation and fibroblast activation in hidradenitis suppurativa. A third reports on upadacitinib's efficacy and safety in non-segmental vitiligo at week 76, including a combination study with narrowband ultraviolet phototherapy.

Additional data include 52-week results from the Phase 3 UP-AA trials of upadacitinib in alopecia areata, week 48 and 76 data from the Viti-Up 1 and 2 vitiligo trials, and 52-week pediatric psoriasis data for risankizumab from the OptIMMize-1 trial.

A head-to-head Phase 4 trial comparing risankizumab against deucravacitinib in moderate psoriasis patients over 52 weeks is also being presented, along with a retrospective real-world study examining the association between risankizumab and the risk of developing psoriatic arthritis.

Lutikizumab and zumilokibart remain investigational and have not been approved by any regulatory authority. According to the press release, their safety and efficacy have not been established.
