Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC) announced three senior leadership appointments, all effective January 1, 2027, according to a company press release.
Will Sangster will become Executive Vice President and President of Navico Group, the company's marine electronics and digital systems division. Sangster currently serves as Senior Vice President and President of Business Acceleration and has held various leadership roles at Brunswick for more than 15 years.
Karly Yuds will be named Senior Vice President and President of Business Acceleration, succeeding Sangster. She currently serves as Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Logistics for Mercury Marine, a role she has held since joining the company in 2016.
Marco Bracalente will become Chief Technology Officer, succeeding incoming Chief Executive Officer Aine Denari in that position. Bracalente currently serves as Vice President of Product Development and Engineering for Navico Group and will retain oversight of Brunswick's enterprise product technology strategy.
The appointments follow Brunswick's previously announced CEO transition, in which Denari is set to succeed current CEO Dave Foulkes on January 1, 2027.
"These appointments reflect our meticulous long-term talent and succession planning efforts," Foulkes said in the statement.
