EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

The extraordinary general meeting of all shareholders of Chanson International Holding, an exempted company incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”), will be held on October 26, 2026 (the “Meeting”). In connection with the Meeting, the Company hereby furnishes relevant documents.
