The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX) announced the launch of Clorox Purell ProCare, a business-to-business health and hygiene platform formed by combining its CloroxPro division with GOJO, Makers of Purell, which Clorox acquired earlier in 2026.
The new unit is headquartered in Akron, Ohio, with additional offices in Pleasanton, California; Toronto, Ontario; and several Ohio locations including Ashland, Cuyahoga Falls, and Wooster, as well as Alpharetta, Georgia.
Clorox Purell ProCare serves professional and healthcare customers through a unified sales and service organization and a network of distributors. Its portfolio includes brands such as Clorox, Purell, Pine-Sol, GOJO, and Glad.
Carey Jaros, President of Clorox Purell, said the combined business "will create tremendous value for customers and distributor partners through an expanded portfolio of market-leading solutions and unparalleled service and support."
According to a press release statement, the new entity claims 180 combined years of hygiene expertise drawn from both CloroxPro and GOJO operations.
