KKR & Co. Inc. (NYSE: KKR) reported more than $750 million in income from monetization activity for the period from July 1 through September 25, 2026, according to a press release statement.
The quarter-to-date figure is composed of approximately 80% realized performance income and 20% realized investment income, driven by public secondary sales, strategic transactions, dividends, and interest income.
These figures do not include the previously announced sale of USI Insurance Services to Aon plc for $17 billion in an all-cash transaction. That deal, announced August 31, 2026, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. KKR said it expects to receive after-tax proceeds of approximately $3.3 billion from the USI sale, generating approximately $2.0 billion of Adjusted Net Income and more than $2.00 of Adjusted Net Income per share.
KKR noted that the $750 million estimate does not represent total realized performance income, total realized investment income, or total revenues for the full quarter ending September 30, 2026, as it excludes fee income, expenses, and any additional gains or losses that may occur after the date of the release.
