KLX Energy Services Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: KLXE) has updated its third-quarter 2026 revenue guidance, narrowing the range to $180 million to $185 million, which the company said represents a 9% sequential increase over the second quarter of 2026.
The Houston-based oilfield services company also provided an Adjusted EBITDA margin range of 13% to 14% for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2026, which it said reflects an approximately 200 basis point sequential improvement over the prior quarter. The company said Adjusted EBITDA is expected to improve by approximately 30% at the midpoint of the guidance range.
President and Chief Executive Officer Chris Baker attributed part of the improvement to a full quarter of contribution from the Wolf Pack acquisition, stating the company remains on track to achieve a $2.5 million annual synergy target announced in August.
KLX also disclosed that the offering period for its $125 million equity rights offering has concluded. Baker said the transaction is intended to reduce the company's debt load and support both organic and acquisition-based growth.
The company said closing procedures for the fiscal quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, are not yet complete, and a detailed financial update is expected during its third-quarter earnings call in November 2026. The guidance figures are based on information available as of the date of the announcement and are subject to change.
