September 24, 2026 9:03 AM EDT

Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) announced the launch of syndication for a proposed senior secured incremental term B loan facility totaling $7.5 billion, part of broader financing efforts tied to its planned acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc.

According to a press release, Paramount Skydance intends to raise approximately $44.4 billion in additional secured debt, separate from the $7.5 billion term B facility and previously announced financings. The company said it plans to use proceeds from these borrowings, along with cash on hand and proceeds from a previously announced equity financing, to fund the acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery and repay certain existing debt.

The company cautioned that the completion of the term B facility and the broader acquisition remain subject to market conditions and other factors, with no assurance that any of the transactions will be completed on the anticipated terms or timeline, or at all.

The terms of the proposed financing, including principal amounts, interest rates, currency denominations, and maturities, have not been finalized and remain subject to conditions.
