Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW) has been selected by Space Systems Command as one of 15 vendors awarded a multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the National Space Test and Training Complex Innovative Technology and Engineering – Space Test and Range (NITE-STAR) program.
The contract vehicle is valued at more than $980 million in total across all awardees. Redwire noted that no revenue is guaranteed under the IDIQ structure, as work is awarded through individual task orders.
The contract covers design, development, integration, testing, and sustainment of space-based and ground-based systems intended to support U.S. national security test infrastructure and operational readiness.
"Selection for NITE-STAR underscores Redwire's role as a trusted provider of mission-critical spacecraft systems and digital engineering solutions," said Mike Gold, President of Redwire Space.
The award is part of Redwire's national security portfolio, which includes spacecraft systems, digital engineering tools, and infrastructure solutions for the U.S. Space Force. The company employs approximately 1,400 people across North America and Europe.
