AerCap prices $1.5 billion in senior notes across two tranches

AerCap Holdings N.V. (NYSE: AER), through its wholly-owned subsidiary AerCap Funding Designated Activity Company, priced a $1.5 billion senior notes offering on Sept. 23, 2026, split into two equal tranches of $750 million each.
The first tranche consists of 5.500% Senior Notes due 2030, and the second consists of 5.875% Senior Notes due 2033. Both tranches are fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by AerCap Holdings and certain of its subsidiaries.
The company stated it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including acquiring, investing in, financing or refinancing aircraft assets, and repaying existing debt.
Citigroup, Mizuho, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank Securities, Santander and Truist Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
AerCap filed a registration statement on Form F-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which became effective upon filing on June 29, 2026. The company is headquartered in Dublin and lists its shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
