Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced that an unnamed top 20 biopharma company has committed to its Vault CRM platform, according to a press release issued Sept. 23, 2026.
The new commitment brings the total number of top 20 biopharma companies selecting Vault CRM to 14. Previous commitments include Amgen, Biogen, Eli Lilly and Company, and Regeneron. The platform currently has more than 190 live customers.
Vault CRM is part of Veeva's broader CRM Suite, which connects sales, marketing, and medical functions. The platform includes a feature called Agentic Call Report, which the company says generates commercial data intended to help field teams identify treatment barriers and shape engagement strategies.
"We're excited to work with customers as Vault CRM drives the shift to agentic commercial," said Arno Sosna, president of CRM Suite at Veeva. "Together, we're establishing a fundamentally new way of working that helps bring medicines to patients faster and more efficiently with the next generation of CRM."
Veeva serves more than 1,500 customers across the life sciences industry, ranging from large pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotechs. The company is structured as a Public Benefit Corporation.
