H.C. Wainwright raised its price target on TriSalus Life Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLSI) to $12.00 (from $11.00) while maintaining a Buy rating.
The analyst commented: "The FDA approved commercialization of TriNav Advance, enabling the pressure-generating valve technology to be used with a compatible microcatheter to reach smaller vessels. The company submitted the 510(k) application for review in 2025 to address this gap; however, a delay in the FDA action deferred the market launch. Consequently, management’s guidance did not include any Advance-associated revenue. The existing TriNav products did not fully serve these more selective liver procedures, limiting the portion of the market the company could address. Management believes Advance could expand TriSalus’ share of the liver embolization market to approximately 15%–20%, from approximately 10%–15% previously. The device also supports expansion into small-vessel procedures outside the liver, including genicular artery embolization, which we model as launching in 2029, and prostate artery embolization, which management views as a more likely 2028 opportunity. Although Advance clearance largely resolves the device constraint on prostate artery embolization, we continue to exclude the indication from our forecast and price target pending a defined development timeline."
