D.H. Griffin adopts Powerfleet's AI compliance platform

September 22, 2026 8:02 AM EDT

D.H. Griffin, a Greensboro, North Carolina-based demolition and site development company, has deployed Powerfleet's (NASDAQ: AIOT) Unity platform to automate operational compliance across its fleet and workforce, according to a press release from Powerfleet.

Founded in 1959, D.H. Griffin operates in multiple states and manages more than 1,200 assets and 1,500 employees. The company's compliance requirements span drivers, vehicles, heavy equipment, maintenance records, certifications, inspections, and audits.

The Powerfleet Unity platform automates processes that previously required manual verification, including driver hours, maintenance records, and supporting documentation. The system is designed to identify potential compliance issues before they escalate.

"Instead of chasing compliance, we design it into every process. It's continuous, predictive, and visible," said Adam Swartz, Fleet Executive at D.H. Griffin. "Powerfleet is more than a technology provider; they are a partner. They understand our business, our people, and our challenges, and they have helped us create a closed-loop compliance ecosystem that connects data, action, and accountability."

D.H. Griffin has also added Unity's AI video safety solution to its Powerfleet deployment. Swartz said the video tool has helped the company disprove false incident claims and improve operational safety.

Powerfleet is headquartered in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, and holds a primary listing on the Nasdaq Global Market and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
