Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced a collaboration between its Accenture Edge business unit and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to provide cloud and AI solutions to mid-market companies, according to a company press release.
Accenture Edge, which targets companies with $300 million to $3 billion in annual revenue, made six offerings generally available through the AWS Marketplace as part of the collaboration. The offerings include Agentic Data Discovery, AI-Powered Instance Migration, Connected Customer Experience Innovation Services, Optimization Health Check, RAI Red Teaming, and Secure Cloud Foundation.
AWS serves as a foundational partner for Accenture Edge, providing cloud infrastructure, security, and AI services. The offerings are accessible through the Accenture AWS Marketplace Storefront.
"Mid-market companies need practical ways to adopt AI, modernize their technology foundations and compete at speed with solutions designed for their scale," said Srini Subramanian, CEO of Accenture Edge.
The press release cited 407 ETR, an electronic toll highway in the greater Toronto area, as an existing client. The company worked with NeuraFlash, part of Accenture Edge, to migrate its contact center to Amazon Connect, achieving 99.9% platform reliability and keeping call and chat abandonment rates at 5% or below, according to 407 ETR's director of IT applications, Pritam Ambekar.
"What matters for mid-market organizations isn't just access to technology, it's seeing returns from it," said Chris Sullivan, vice president of Americas and Industry partner sales and development at AWS.
