Beta Bionics, Inc. (Nasdaq: BBNX) announced an agreement to integrate its iLet Bionic Pancreas and mint automated insulin delivery systems with Senseonics' Eversense 365 continuous glucose monitoring system, according to a company press release.
The commercial launch of the integrated iLet and Eversense 365 system is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. Beta Bionics said it expects the iLet to support more continuous glucose monitoring manufacturer options than any other automated insulin delivery system upon that launch.
The two companies have also committed to integrating the mint system with Eversense 365 at a future date, though no timeline was provided.
"This collaboration with Senseonics will expand our reach to a larger group of people with diabetes and empower them with maximum choice in the devices they rely on to manage their diabetes," said Sean Saint, President and CEO of Beta Bionics.
The Eversense 365 is a long-term continuous glucose monitoring system. Beta Bionics markets the iLet Bionic Pancreas as a closed-loop insulin delivery platform that uses an adaptive algorithm to determine insulin doses.
