US Foods Holding Corp. (NYSE: USFD) has launched its Fall 2026 Scoop collection, a lineup of 14 exclusive-brand products with Italian-inspired flavors intended for foodservice operators across the United States.
The collection, sold under the company's Chef's Line and Devonshire brand names, includes pasta, pizza dough, proteins, sauces and a dessert. Products are designed to reduce back-of-house labor through formats such as fully cooked, individually quick frozen and parbaked items.
Highlighted products include a risotto sourced from Italy made with carnaroli rice and DOP-certified Grana Padano cheese, which the company says saves an estimated 70 minutes of labor per case compared to scratch preparation. A Neapolitan-style pizza dough ball is said to save approximately 30 minutes per case, a sourdough focaccia around 45 minutes, and a tiramisu around 60 minutes.
Other items in the lineup include a basil pesto burrata ravioli manufactured in Italy, an Italian-style chicken breast cutlet coated with Parmesan and Romano, and a sweet Italian sausage frozen in 4-ounce portions.
"With Fall Scoop, we took inspiration from those high standards and developed products that make it easier for operators to deliver the bold, beloved Italian flavors diners crave," said Stacey Kinkaid, vice president of product development and innovation at US Foods.
According to data cited from Datassential, 55% of consumers often choose global flavors when dining out. US Foods, headquartered in Rosemont, Ill., serves approximately 250,000 customer locations through more than 70 broadline locations and more than 90 cash and carry stores.
