Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced Falcon Router, an AI agent designed to identify and route safety adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries to the appropriate teams within biopharma organizations.
According to a company press release, Falcon Router will handle triage and routing for biopharma companies of all sizes without manual reconciliation. The initial scope covers email and web intake channels, including Veeva Ostro, with routing directed to Veeva Safety, Veeva QMS, Veeva MedInquiry, or designated inboxes.
"Every biopharma faces this routing challenge, and it grows with every new region and product they bring to market," said John Lawrie, vice president of Veeva Safety. "Fast, reliable triage is more important than ever so that experts can focus on what matters most, the patient."
Falcon Router is part of Veeva's Falcon Agent Suite and is planned for early adopter availability in January 2027.
