Brightline Interactive appeals Nasdaq delisting notice
Brightline Interactive, Inc. (NASDAQ: BTLN) announced it submitted a request on September 17, 2026, for a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel to appeal a delisting determination related to non-compliance with the minimum bid price listing requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
Under applicable Nasdaq rules, the hearing request automatically stays any suspension or delisting action pending the outcome of the hearing and the expiration of any extension period the panel may grant. The company said it is awaiting confirmation of a hearing date and intends to work toward regaining compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements.
The Ashburn, Virginia-based company had previously disclosed the notice of delisting determination before filing the appeal.
