Faraday Future to unveil nine robots at Sept. 19 launch event

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) announced plans to unveil nine new AI-powered robots and four industry solutions at its annual 919 launch event on Sept. 19, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PDT. The event will be streamed online.

The company said it will introduce new devices across three robot forms — humanoids, quadrupeds, and mobile manipulators — in large, medium, and small sizes. The lineup will include the final launch of the All-New Futurist, which the company said will go on sale at the event.

The four industry solutions to be unveiled cover K-12 education, research, security, and inspection applications. According to the press release, the move is intended to shift the company from device deployment to complete solution delivery.

Separately, Faraday Future said its AI-Robotics division is participating in IMTS 2026 in Chicago, where it is showcasing its Aegis series security and inspection quadruped robots for industrial applications.

The company, founded in 2014 and based in California, described itself as focused on embodied AI robotics across humanoid, bionic, and automotive-focused robot categories. Its forward-looking statements filed with the SEC note significant risks, including the company's ability to continue as a going concern, reliance on Chinese manufacturers for all robotics products, and tariff uncertainty on imported goods.
