Texas Capital Bancshares (NASDAQ: TCBI) announced that David Oman has departed from his role as Chief Risk Officer, effective Sept. 16, 2026, following a mutual decision between Oman and the company.
According to the company's statement, Oman's departure is not related to any disputes or disagreements with the company, nor to any matter regarding its financial condition, internal controls, disclosure controls and procedures, or enterprise risk management.
David Youngberg, the company's Chief Credit Officer, will assume the responsibilities of Chief Risk Officer on an interim basis while retaining his current duties. Texas Capital Bancshares said it has begun both an internal and external search to identify a permanent successor, and that Youngberg will be among the candidates considered.
