UBS analyst Joshua Spector raised the price target on Corteva Inc. (NYSE: CTVA) to $90.00 (from $85.00) while maintaining a Neutral rating.
The analyst commented, "Overall the financial framing for Vylor and New Corteva were very similar with our preview and prior deep dive work. See our prior deep dive review here for full income statement and FCF forecasts for each company. We think Vylor offers a compelling growth opportunity, but with more growth taking place in 2029+ we think it could take more time to drive more of a re-rating. We think Vylor is valued at a ~15x-16x EBITDA at current trading and New Corteva at 7-8x. We will revisit our view if there is a clearer dislocation in value after the spin."
