HIVE Digital's BUZZ HPC partners with ProCogia for Canadian AI services

September 16, 2026 6:00 AM EDT

HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: HIVE), through its subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing Inc., announced a partnership with ProCogia, a Vancouver-based applied-AI and data engineering company, according to a press release dated September 16, 2026.

Under the agreement, ProCogia will procure dedicated GPU capacity from BUZZ HPC's Canadian data centers and deploy its applied-AI stack — including large language model hosting, custom model training, agentic systems, and vertical AI products — on that infrastructure. The combined offering will target enterprise and small- and medium-sized business clients in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

ProCogia will deploy its ZeroBoxx AI framework on BUZZ HPC's infrastructure, using the partnership as a primary cloud launchpad for the platform. Two vertical AI products will run on BUZZ HPC capacity as anchor workloads: CallYeah, a voice-AI solution for healthcare providers, and PolyKode, a code-migration language model designed for regulated environments.

The partnership includes a joint go-to-market component, with both companies intending to co-sell into the United States and Europe. ProCogia will also serve as a preferred applied-AI services partner for existing BUZZ HPC clients.

Meharpratap Singh, Founder and CEO of ProCogia, said: "Partnering with BUZZ HPC removes that bottleneck. We now have dedicated, sovereign, Canadian accelerated computing capacity that we can wrap with LLM development, bespoke training, agents, and full AI environment integration, and deliver as a full-stack, one-vendor, one-stop shop."

BUZZ HPC has announced several infrastructure expansions over the past year, including a 320 MW build-out in the Greater Toronto Area, a sovereign AI infrastructure partnership with Bell Canada, a $220M GPU contract with Bell AI Fabric for Cohere Inc., and a $350M AI cloud services agreement with an undisclosed enterprise customer.
