Worthington Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: WOR) announced it will host an Investor and Analyst Day on November 10, beginning at 9:30 a.m. ET. The Columbus, Ohio-based company said the event will be its first since October 2023, when it was still operating as Worthington Industries ahead of its Steel Processing business separation.
Presenters will include Joe Hayek, president and chief executive officer; Colin Souza, vice president and chief financial officer; Jimmy Bowes, president of Building Performance Solutions; and Steve Caravati, president of Trade & Specialty Solutions.
The company also announced it is renaming its two business segments. The Building Products segment will become Building Performance Solutions, and the Consumer Products segment will become Trade & Specialty Solutions. The company stated the changes apply to segment names only and do not affect the composition of the segments or historical financial results.
According to the press release, Building Performance Solutions generated approximately 62% of consolidated net sales in fiscal 2026, while Trade & Specialty Solutions accounted for approximately 38%. The new segment names will appear in the company's September 22, 2026, earnings release.
"Investor Day provides us an opportunity to share the progress we've made since the separation of our former Steel Processing business, the opportunities we see across Building Performance Solutions and Trade & Specialty Solutions, and how we plan to create long-term shareholder value," said Hayek.
Worthington Enterprises employs approximately 4,000 people across North America and Europe.
