Profusa regains Nasdaq compliance, faces one-year monitoring period
Profusa, Inc. (Nasdaq: PFSA) announced it received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market on Sept. 9, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), the Bid Price Rule, and Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(1), the Equity Rule.
The company remains subject to a one-year Mandatory Panel Monitor. If Profusa fails to satisfy the equity rule during this period, Nasdaq will issue a delist determination without providing the company an opportunity to submit a compliance plan. Profusa may appeal such a determination by requesting a hearing, which would stay further action by Nasdaq until the hearing is held and any extension granted by the panel expires.
Profusa, based in Berkeley, California, stated it intends to continue monitoring its compliance with all applicable Nasdaq continued listing requirements.
