Bank of America to redeem CAD1.425 billion in Canadian senior notes

Bank of America Corporation (NYSE: BAC) announced it will redeem two series of Canadian-dollar-denominated senior notes on September 15, 2026, ahead of their September 2027 maturity dates.

According to a press release, the redemption covers CAD425,000,000 in Floating Rate Senior Notes (CUSIP: 060505FY5) and CAD1,000,000,000 in 1.978% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes (CUSIP: 060505FZ2).

Both series will be redeemed at 100% of principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but not including, September 15, 2026. Interest on both series will cease to accrue on the redemption date.

Payment will be processed through CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. serves as trustee, and Computershare Advantage Trust Company of Canada, formerly known as BNY Trust Company of Canada, serves as paying agent.
