Nomad Power Solutions adjourns stockholder meeting to Oct. 2
Nomad Power Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMAD) adjourned its Special Meeting of Stockholders on Sept. 4, 2026, without conducting any business, according to a press release from the company.
The meeting, originally scheduled to begin at 1:00 PM Eastern Time, was adjourned to allow the company additional time to complete and finalize its Nasdaq listing application. The meeting is set to reconvene on Oct. 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time, and will be held virtually.
No changes were made to the proposals scheduled for a stockholder vote. The company's board of directors continues to recommend that stockholders vote in favor of the proposals. Stockholders who have already submitted proxies and do not wish to change their votes are not required to take further action.
