Citizens analyst Patrick Walravens reiterated a Market Outperform rating and $86.00 price target on Docusign Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU).
The analyst commented, "While investors await re-acceleration of total revenue growth, which has been in the 8-9% range the last eight quarters, we view Docusign as an attractive opportunity for capital appreciation for a number of reasons including: 1) Docusign is leveraging its dominant position in e-signature to become the agreement layer across the enterprise; 2) the Intelligence Agreement Management (IAM) product came in ahead of plan in F2Q27 at $529M versus our estimate of $474M and is expected to exceed $650M by the end of FY27, at which point it would represent ~18.5% of ARR; 3) Docusign’s AI engine Iris is trained on over 300 million private consented agreements (up from over 200M last quarter), providing a differentiated source of competitive advantage; and 4) we like the thoughtful leadership of CEO Allan Thygesen, COO Anwar Akram, CFO Blake Grayson, CRO Paula Hansen, and Board Chair James Beer."
