E-mailThe Arena Group Holdings, Inc., which does business as Paradium.AI, confirmed that its new legal name and stock ticker symbol will take effect for trading on NYSE American on August 31, 2026.
The company's shares, currently trading under the ticker NYSE American: AREN, will begin trading under the new symbol PAAI on that date. The company's CUSIP number remains unchanged, and no action is required by current shareholders in connection with the changes.
The name change to Paradium.AI, Inc. was previously announced. The company's common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE American exchange.
The Arena Group operates a portfolio of digital media brands including Parade, TheStreet, Men's Journal, Athlon Sports, ShopHQ, TravelHost, and the Adventure Sports Network.
