Stagwell (NASDAQ: STGW) announced an expansion of its strategic partnership with Adobe, building on a relationship that began in the fourth quarter of 2024, according to a press release.
Under the expanded agreement, Stagwell will run demand-generation programs across priority industries, work alongside Adobe on key accounts, and provide strategic counsel and value realization services to enterprise customers.
Code and Theory, Stagwell's digital transformation agency, is at the center of the partnership, co-developing industry-specific solutions with Adobe. The agency has grown its planned portfolio from three solutions to seven since the partnership began, spanning financial services, B2B, sports, and retail.
Two solutions have already launched: the Creative Intelligence System for financial services, released in April, and the Content Operating System for sports, released in June. Both are powered by Adobe CX Enterprise. A third solution is scheduled to launch later in 2026, with additional offerings planned over the next 18 months.
The partnership also includes Adobe serving as the official experience partner of SPORT BEACH, a Stagwell-run platform connecting brands, athletes, and business leaders.
"By bringing together Adobe's industry-leading platform with Stagwell's strategic, creative and marketing expertise, we are helping brands create lasting business value at scale," said Stagwell Chairman and CEO Mark Penn.
