AIxC secures $33,000 robot rental order and expands sale to 23 units

AIxCrypto Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: AIXC) announced a one-year, $33,000 robot rental order and the launch of its RoboShare & Co. North American dealer partner program, according to a company statement dated Aug. 27, 2026.

An education-sector customer originally planned to purchase five FX NAVI robots but expanded its order to 23 FFAI robots across three product models after seeing the rental arrangement. The company said the expanded order represents 18 additional robot unit sales for FFAI.

AIxC launched RoboShare & Co. on Aug. 26, opening five partnership categories: ROBOPAR dealers, asset owners, users, referral partners, and rental operators. The program is designed to bring dealer coverage, robot assets, customer demand, referral channels, and local fulfillment capabilities into the RoboShare platform.

The program begins with FFAI products and is described as open to additional robot brands and models. Under the structure, dealers can access post-delivery rental demand, asset owners can list robots for rental, and rental operators can support local deployment.

AIxC said the model could allow the platform to expand its pool of rentable assets without the company purchasing every robot deployed, as third-party owners contribute hardware to the platform.

The company said it intends to measure progress through metrics including robots onboarded, utilization rates, repeat rentals, marketplace transaction volume, platform commissions, and direct service revenue.

AIxC noted in its filing disclosures that it carries substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern, citing limited cash, a history of operating losses, and the need for additional financing.
