Sumit Sadana, who previously served as executive vice president and chief business officer, has moved to a senior advisor role reporting to the CEO.

"Manish and Scott have each made extraordinary contributions to Micron's growth, technology leadership and operational excellence," said Sanjay Mehrotra, chairman and chief executive officer of Micron. "The Board of Directors and I have the highest confidence in their leadership, vision and ability to continue to work with me to guide Micron through its next chapter of innovation and value creation."
