Sangoma Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: SANG) has announced a new integration between its Sangoma UC for Hospitality platform and Jazzware, a hospitality communications and guest experience software provider, according to a company press release.
The integration connects hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) with Sangoma's communications platform through Jazzware's hospitality integration layer. The combined solution enables real-time synchronization of guest check-ins, check-outs, room status, and billing updates, along with automated call accounting and guest service automation, including wake-up calls, voicemail, and room move updates.
The integration also includes emergency services support, covering E911 location and notification capabilities intended to help properties meet Kari's Law and RAY BAUM'S Act compliance requirements.
North American Sangoma channel partners can now offer the combined solution, which unifies PMS connectivity, telephony, messaging, and guest services within a single architecture. The partnership extends Jazzware's platform reach into Sangoma's North American channel network.
"We are aligning our platform with how hotel operators actually run their properties, improving revenue accuracy and operational consistency, and extending our reach in North America through our channel partners," said Jeremy Wubs, COO of Sangoma.
James Slatter, CEO of Jazzware, said the partnership brings the company's PMS integration and guest services platform to a broader channel, allowing hotel operators to gain automated guest services and billing capabilities without replacing existing systems.
Sangoma reports more than 2.7 million UC seats across over 100,000 customers. Jazzware is part of Aspire Software, a Valsoft operating group, and serves customers across North America and international markets.
