CGI and AgVantis form partnership to serve U.S. Farm Credit System
CGI (TSX: GIB.A) (NYSE: GIB) and AgVantis, Inc. announced a long-term strategic partnership to provide technology services to institutions within the U.S. Farm Credit System, according to a press release issued Aug. 25, 2026.
Under the agreement, CGI will deliver services spanning cloud computing, application development, data and analytics, and AI-ready data platforms to support AgVantis' technology strategy. The partnership is described as building on an existing relationship between the two companies.
The arrangement is intended to support AgVantis' shift from a large-scale technology transformation program to a longer-term operating model. Justin Schwanke, Chief Executive Officer of AgVantis, said the partnership would "accelerate innovation, enhance operational excellence and deliver even greater value to the Farm Credit organizations we serve."
CGI, founded in 1976, reported fiscal 2025 revenue of CA$15.91 billion and employs approximately 94,000 consultants and professionals globally.
