Biogen selects Veeva Vault CRM for global commercial operations

Biogen has committed to deploying Veeva Systems' (NYSE: VEEV) Vault CRM platform globally, according to a statement from Veeva Systems.

Vault CRM is part of Veeva's Vault CRM Suite, which includes the Agentic Call Report tool designed to generate commercial data. The platform incorporates artificial intelligence intended to support pharmaceutical commercial operations.

"Biogen and Veeva share a deep commitment to customer experience and innovation," said Guy Hadari, senior vice president and global CIO at Biogen. "We are excited to expand our strategic partnership with Veeva by moving to Vault CRM."

Tom Schwenger, president and CCO at Veeva, said the company is "committed to providing the advanced capabilities needed to help accelerate patient impact around the world."

Veeva Systems serves more than 1,500 customers in the life sciences industry and is incorporated as a Public Benefit Corporation.
