Deutsche Bank analyst Benjamin Black raised the price target on Vivid Seats Inc. (NASDAQ: SEAT) to $7.50 (from $7.00) while maintaining a Hold rating.
The analyst comments "SEAT reported about an in-line 2Q26, in our view, when we exclude the impact of the World Cup, which was a one-time event that possibly continued partly through 3Q. That said, we recognize the growing traction with its app (that should result in higher retention and contribution margins over time) as well as the launch of a new private label partner, which bodes well for returning to positive y/y growth possible as early as 2H26. In our view, the stock reaction after the earnings report likely came from the uninspiring full year GOV guide that possibly results from SEAT's conservative approach to providing guidance while it is still in a turnaround phase and competitive intensity remains high. As such, we are generally raising our expectations modestly across most KPIs. However, given the wide range of possible outcomes, we maintain our Hold rating but are increasing our PT to $7.50 from $7 which is based on 8x FY27 EV/EBITDA multiple (unchanged)."
