Home Depot (NYSE: HD) has expanded the responsibilities of three senior executives and granted each a restricted stock award valued at $500,000, according to a company statement.
William D. Bastek, Executive Vice President of Merchandising, took on oversight of the company's product development merchant portfolio, including private brands. Jordan Broggi, Executive Vice President of Interconnected Retail, assumed responsibility for loyalty, credit services, and payments. Richard V. McPhail, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, took charge of the Office of Pro Acceleration, which coordinates across Home Depot Pro, HD Supply, SRS Distribution, and Construction Resources.
The responsibility expansions were announced July 30, 2026. On August 20, 2026, the company's Leadership Development and Compensation Committee approved restricted stock grants of $500,000 each to Bastek, Broggi, and McPhail. The awards vest on the second anniversary of the grant date, contingent on each executive's continued employment with the company through that date.
