ProPetro Holding Corp. (NYSE: PUMP) announced it has added a dual listing of its common stock on NYSE Texas, Inc., a newly launched electronic equities exchange based in Dallas, Texas.
The Midland, Texas-based completion services company will retain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and will trade under the same "PUMP" ticker symbol on NYSE Texas.
"It is an honor for ProPetro to join the NYSE Texas community. As a company deeply rooted in the Permian Basin, this milestone reflects our commitment to Texas and the state's support of the broader energy industry," said Sam Sledge, Chief Executive Officer of ProPetro.
Bryan Daniel, President of NYSE Texas, said ProPetro is "a natural fit" for the exchange given its Texas roots and presence in the energy industry.
