Intapp (NASDAQ: INTA) has announced the availability of two rebuilt software solutions — Compliance with Celeste and Time with Celeste — integrating its Intapp Celeste agentic AI into its existing Compliance and Time product lines.
The solutions are available to existing Intapp customers through a new entitlement and operate within the firm's current Intake, Conflicts, Terms, and Time environments. Once activated, the agentic capabilities become available without requiring migration to a separate platform.
The Compliance with Celeste offering automates portions of client intake and conflict-checking workflows, including populating request forms from email content, building search strategies, mapping corporate structures, and extracting terms from outside counsel guidelines. The Time with Celeste offering drafts time entries based on observed work activity, rewrites narratives for compliance with billing guidelines, flags block-billing violations, and surfaces analytics on matter economics and billing realization.
Thad Jampol, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Intapp, said: "We've re-architected our Compliance and Time solutions with Celeste and agentic workflows at their core, so the agents, the data they run on, and the compliance guardrails all come from one place."
Katherine Lowry, Chief Information Officer at law firm BakerHostetler, said the firm believes "Celeste can have a very positive impact on our intake and conflicts process" and that it would help the firm "evaluate conflicts faster than ever before."
Intapp describes the approach as "Firm AI," referring to agentic AI applied to firm-level business processes rather than individual task assistance. The company serves professional services firms in law, accounting, consulting, investment banking, and related sectors.
