Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: HYMC) released additional drill results from its 2025-2026 Exploration Drill Program at the Hycroft Mine in Nevada, according to a company press release.
At the Vortex zone, hole H26D-6088 extended high-grade silver mineralization approximately 150 meters to the west, intersecting 12.5 meters at 375.41 grams per tonne (g/t) silver, including 4.2 meters at 748.02 g/t silver.
At the Brimstone zone, hole H26D-6169 returned 82.7 meters at 87.52 g/t silver and 0.77 g/t gold, including 19.4 meters at 108.19 g/t silver and 2.10 g/t gold. The company said the result confirmed continuity of the high-grade system through its widest section and moved mineralization closer to surface.
Drilling below the main Brimstone system, targeting a potential feeder zone identified by a 2025 geophysics survey, returned an 18-meter zone of stockwork veining in hole H26D-6089X, including 1.5 meters at 120.00 g/t silver. The company said these results are consistent with a potential feeder system at depth, but noted drilling remains high in the system.
Brimstone currently measures approximately 300 meters wide and 500 meters long, while Vortex extends over one kilometer in strike length and more than 500 meters at its widest point. Both systems remain open in all directions and at depth, the company said.
Since the program began in August 2025, the company has completed approximately 15,585 meters of an approximately 26,000-meter core drill program. Roughly 7,200 meters of additional core drilling is planned at Brimstone, with approximately 3,000 meters planned at Vortex.
Diane Garrett, Executive Chairman and CEO, said the results "reinforce the case for a high-grade underground mine" and that the company aims to "determine the optimal path forward for the mine."
