U.S. Physical Therapy names Nchacha Etta as CFO, effective Sept. 2026

U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (NYSE: USPH) announced that Nchacha Etta will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026, according to a press release from the Houston-based outpatient physical therapy operator.
Etta most recently served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Omnicell, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMCL) from 2023 to 2025. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and CFO of Essilor of America, Inc., a subsidiary of EssilorLuxottica SA, from 2019 through 2022. From 2015 to 2019, he held the role of Worldwide Vice President and CFO at Johnson & Johnson Vision. He also spent nine years in senior finance roles at The Coca-Cola Company and earlier held positions at Microsoft Corporation, Eli Lilly & Company, and The Carlyle Group.
Etta holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and an MBA in Finance from Howard University. He has served on the board of directors of KBR, Inc. since 2024, where he is a member of its Audit Committee and Sustainability, Technology and Cybersecurity Committee.
Jason Curtis, Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting, has served as Interim CFO since April 24, 2026, and will continue in his SVP role following Etta's appointment.
U.S. Physical Therapy owns and manages 796 outpatient physical therapy locations across 45 states.
