FirstService Residential adds DC condo to its managed portfolio

FirstService Residential, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ: FSV), has been selected to provide full-service property management for The Sonata Condominium in Washington, DC, according to a company statement.

The Sonata is a 12-story condominium building with approximately 75 residences located in the Mount Vernon Square neighborhood. The building features a curved glass façade and amenities including concierge services, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace.

Michael Mendillo, President of the East Region at FirstService Residential, said the company is "committed to delivering the expertise, resources, and personalized support needed to help the community thrive today and well into the future."

Trent Harrison, President of the MidAtlantic division, said the company's focus from the start has been "supporting the board, residents, and onsite staff with the tools, expertise, and resources they need to succeed."

FirstService Residential manages residential communities across the United States and Canada.
