Investing.com -- Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) disclosed that Chief Executive Officer Lip-Bu Tan and a family member will purchase $12 million of shares in the company's common stock offering at the public offering price.
The disclosure appeared in a prospectus supplement filed today related to Intel's $20 billion common stock offering.
Intel priced the underwritten public offering of 210,526,315 shares at $95 per share. The company granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 31,578,947 additional shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts.
The offering was increased to $20 billion from the previously announced size of $15 billion.
The offering is expected to close today.
