Cyabra, Inc. (Nasdaq: CYAB), an AI-powered platform provider focused on detecting coordinated online manipulation, has appointed Keith E. Noble, Ph.D., as Vice President of U.S. Government Sales, according to a company statement.

Noble brings more than 20 years of experience in national security and intelligence, including roles at the CIA's Open-Source Center and the U.S. Department of State. He also co-founded an open-source intelligence firm in Abu Dhabi that served government and private sector clients across the Middle East.

In his new role, Noble will oversee the expansion of Cyabra's narrative intelligence platform across federal, state, and local government entities.

"I have seen first-hand the kind of disruption that misinformation can have on public institutions," Noble said. "With tools like generative AI lowering the cost of producing inauthentic content, public sector leaders need clear, structured insight into online threats."

The appointment follows several recent developments in Cyabra's public sector business, including a distribution agreement with Carahsoft to streamline procurement for government institutions, the addition of a European public sector client, and recognition as a Market Shaper in the inaugural June 2026 Gartner Emerging Market Quadrant for Narrative Intelligence — Startup Vendors.

"Our growth, marked by key wins and industry recognition, reflects how vital our capabilities have become to public sector institutions," said Chief Revenue Officer Emmanuel Heymann.

Cyabra's platform analyzes digital interactions across social media platforms to distinguish between authentic user activity and coordinated influence operations, providing government clients with data intended to support responses to online manipulation campaigns.
