Jersey Mike's adds Unity Software CEO to its board of directors

Jersey Mike's Subs Inc. (NYSE: JMKE) announced the appointment of Matthew Bromberg to its Board of Directors, effective July 29, 2026, according to a company press release.

Bromberg currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Unity Software Inc. (NYSE: U), where he oversees the company's global strategy and operations. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Zynga Inc. and held several leadership roles at Electronic Arts Inc., including Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations of its mobile division. He has also served on the boards of Bumble and Fitbit.

Bromberg holds a BA from Cornell University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
