Cycurion sets Aug. 20 Nasdaq hearing date amid delisting review

Cycurion, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYCU), a cybersecurity solutions company based in McLean, Virginia, has confirmed that its hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel is scheduled for August 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
The company's common stock has not been delisted and continues to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "CYCU." Cycurion stated that its timely hearing request has stayed the delisting action, to the extent permitted by Nasdaq Listing Rules, pending the Panel's final written decision.
Cycurion noted that a final written decision from the Panel is not expected on the date of the hearing. The timing of any such decision is determined solely by the Panel.
"The hearing has not yet occurred, and Cycurion remains focused on executing its business plan and addressing the Nasdaq process," said Kevin Kelly, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We will keep investors informed of material developments as they occur."
The company said it will promptly disclose the Panel's decision and any other material developments in accordance with applicable disclosure obligations. The update was issued in response to shareholder inquiries, according to the press release.
